Step 1 - REGISTER
Upon securing your campers spot you will be contacted by our Program Coordinator, Liz Fitzpatrick, with more information regarding camp.
Once registration is locked in, all financial matters will be handled by our Finance Manager, Natalie Deprey. An invoice for camp will be sent out by Mrs. Deprey following registration. All payments for each session will be expected prior to your camper starting with us. For example, Session 01 payments are due by arrival on June 20th. Payment plans are available upon request.

STEP 2 - ONBOARDING
Once your camper’s registration has been paid their spot has been secured for that selected summer session. Campers are permitted to attend all sessions over the summer season, however, campers must register for each session of camp.
Watch your email following registration. Cowabunga’s Program Coordinator will send you forms needed to authorize camper onboarding. This will include camper information, permissions slips, and camper interest survey.

STEP 3 - PAYMENT
Following onboarding our team will send you an invoice of the balance. All eligible discounts will be applied upon the issuing of one’s invoice. All financial matters will be handled by our Finance Manager. If any questions arise you may contact her in regards to your family’s invoice. Invoices are to be paid by the first day of the session prior to your camper attending.
